Dears,

what is the hazards types in HACCP Study based on FSSC requirements ? is there any requirement to categorize the hazards into 4 types , ( biological , physical , chemical , Allergen risks ) , or allowed to categorize into 3 types as usual ( biological , physical , chemical ) and the allergen included in the chemical hazard.

for example , there is an clear requirement in BRC V9 to categorize the hazards types into 6 types ( clause 2.7.1 ).

hi mhosn,

There is no Global Standard.

However if you are using a specific Standard which has specified requirements, you may need to follow such requirements.

Not a user but IIRC, FSSC has no specific requirements..
