Product Source identification

Good afternoon,

We are sourcing product from Korea (Banchan) process flow would be frozen shipped to USA. Palletized and shipped via truck in reefer unit to our facility. Product would thaw for 2 days. Repackage to smaller container and then be sent out.

Here's the question... Since the product is coming from Korea/China do we have to label it as "Product of China" or are we able to not list product origin.

Secondly if we were to introduce for instance, sesame seed from the USA while not remanufacturing just scaling down to distribution size do we then have to label as product of the USA?

Looking forward to any and all information!
