How to list ingredients when combining prepared products?

Ok, I know ingredients are listed most to least.

But, if you're taking 2 or 3 different prepared products and combining them, how does that work?

For example;

Smoked salmon mixed with a seasoned sauce and a relish.

Can the smoked salmon ingredients be listed first, followed by the relish and it's ingredients, then the sauce and it's ingredients?
