I am chemical engineer with specialitation on food, confectionary and Quality Control. Also I have a specialitation in innovation and thechnical development fron Harvard University. Also I have more than 35 years of experience on food innovation. I am already retired and I am working as consultant for the food industry. I worked for more than 35 years on food innovation, quality control and quality systems in Nutresa Group in South America as R&D and Quality Vicepresident
