Kindly share the Food safety and quality culture plan little confuse with "the plan must include communication, training, feedback, prescribed behaviours, performance measurement and timescales'' even empty format also appreciated.
I use the GFSI 5 categories: People, Vision & Mission, Consistency, Adaptability and Hazards & Risk Assessment. Reading through it and the BRC, it will be able to guide you what your plan will be.
