Facility specification of cold room as per guideline of EU requirement

Hi Sir,

 My name is Kay,Im from Malaysia worked as QMR at Smoked Fish products. Our products in in process to apply EU application. So we need details information of Cold room facility specification as follow EU requirement. May we know the details or where can we get the information?
