3rd party labs in the US

We currently send out environmental swabs and product for microbiological testing each month.
We were using a (semi) local company, but switched just before I started working here, due to much lower costing.

I'm finding the new company is quite slow and tends to only send partial results, then several days later will send more. (I received results from 8 of 34 swabs last Wednesday, contacted them twice and still waiting for the rest)

So, those of you in the US, what 3rd party lab do you use?

Are you happy with them?

We're using FSNS under a corporate account.  They've got a good number of locations to service our 10 facilities, and we notice we're generally limited on getting our COA's by the time it takes to run the tests.  I run data analytics for the plants, and I love the portal they have for pulling raw result data in Excel format.  They operate 365 days a year as well, which has been great for us performing tests over the holidays.

Thanks!  I've reached out to them for a quote.

I use a smaller local lab with good equipment and intelligent personnel.   You get what you pay for.

We've used MVTL for environmental sampling and water analysis for years.

Turn around has always been prompt.  Faster than wherever the govt inspectors send theirs.

We used IEH to set up our EMP and continue to use them for environmental swabs and lab work. They have always been prompt and thorough.

Another good thing about a local lab, is if the FDA comes in here for a large swab party, I can have my lab guys here within an hour to follow behind and double their swabs if I so choose.

Where are you located?

We use Murray-Brown Lab in Colorado.  They are fast and not expensive.  https://mb-labs.com/ We are in Arkansas and just mail everything to them.  They send us swab bags and coolers with ice packs.

I use to live in colorado and used Murray Brown in the past.  they do good work.

I have some facilities using midwest labs in omaha

they have a simple portal for submitting samples, extracting results for trending etc, and provide shipping labels (not free).

Pretty quick and reasonable.
