Hi,

Several of my consulting clients use Sunlight Dish Detergent in their general sanitation programs but I can find no documentation to support its use in a food processing establishment.  Has anyone else had this or similar challege?

The chemistry and food-safe applicability are unlikely to be a problem -- it is marketed for general use as dish detergent.  Programs can be written to demonstrate "as recommended by the manufacturer" reasonably easily as long as it doesn't explicitly state domestic use only, "not for commercial", or something to that effect.

Are they performing ATP and environmental micro testing to confirm effective removal of organic materials?
