How often do see liquid ammonia or chemicals spilled on top of a roof at cold storage building. I’m trying to decide between TPO and PVC roof membrane to specify on a cold storage facility. PVC is traditionally specified on roofs where you might encounter chemical exposures or where fats and oils might be present.

Have not.

TPO is way to go for flat roof application. Plus it has integral fungus protection.
