Group Level Risk Rating of food businesses
Hi Everyone,
We are a destination development organization in the middle east.
And we have multiple food businesses up and running from Agriculture farms, catering units, manufacturing units, supermarkets to restaurants.
Can someone recommend some risk models that we can use to categorize these businesses based on the risk and helps us to strategically plan the assessment of food safety ?
Risk assessment is based on the nature of the product, process parameters, shelf life, raw materials etc. Kindly share further details about the product to suggest risk assessment.
