Good afternoon. I hope you are in good health. I would like to know if anyone knows an "EU legislation or regulation" about the "maximum permission limit" "black spec in sugar"?

Hi Moiana-1992,

Try the COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2001/111/EC of 20 December 2001 relating to certain sugars intended for human consumption (English version).

Kind regards,

Tony

Thank you very much
