Hi all,

Is it okay to use finished raw material packaging (example: 1.5KG PET bottle of raw material A) for secondary packaging material of other raw material (empty packaging of Raw Mat A used for store raw mat B)? The label are taken off and the container looks like new.

It depends on your raw materials and the packaging materials. E.g. I would not repack a sensitive raw material in a used product packaging.

The packaging should be suitable for the product, should be thoroughly cleaned (and if relevant disinfected) and consists no contamination hazards.

Allergens should be considered.
The best is to put this all in a risk assessment and make your own justified conclusion.

How will you ensure that the secondary packaging shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before use? Wiping down surfaces, removing any dirt or debris, and ensuring that there are no remnants of previous packaging materials, these all are very tedious activities. So better to avoid reusing secondary packaging material.
