Risk zone identification as per BRC for ambient high care

Dear All,

 

Expecting a valuable reply from all experts as we are going to BRC food safety issu9 in one of our factory ,this factory mainly deals nuts ,seeds and dry fruits .In this scenario  should we consider risk zone identification if it so  where should i start.
