Sesotec -- How to delete products that are inactive?

Hey everyone! I've read through our Sesotec Metal Detector C-Scan GHF manual twice, and no where can I find how to delete products that are no longer active?  There must be a way to remove them from the listing, can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks in advance

If you are lucky, someone in here might be using the same metal detector and maybe can answer you but your best bet is to ask your supplier or the technical expert that does maintenance on said equipment.

My personal favorite is leave the manual and start exploring the software hands-on! (it depends though on your level of confidence and experience in navigating such software).

Did you end up finding a solution?

We have a C-Scan GHF and had the same issue as you. There is no way to delete products! Unless you log in to the metal detector as the service account. From there it gives you the option to delete all products. Not ideal but it's better than nothing. 

I've been setting up new profiles on our machine which already had a list of inactive/test profiles and I'm going to want to delete everything and re-add them in a more thought-out way. Thankfully, I've been writing down the profile settings (sensitivity and angle) so I can quickly recreate the profiles rather than having to re-teach everything.
