FSSC V6 Internal audit Checklist

Good morning Food Safety members 

Trust you are all well for 2024.

I am looking for an updated V6 checklist for Internal audit.  Similar to the one I picked up at this forum.

This was what I used to set up my 2023 Internal audit schedule and it worked so well.

I am now wanting the additional version 6 included in this.

Please can anybody share this with me.

Hello, thanks for sharing the checklist.  Do you know of forms that can be used to satisfy each requirement?  For example, 4.1 requires

"The organisation has determined external and internal issues that are relevant to its purpose and that can affect its ability to achieve the intended results of FSMS. The organisation has identified, reviewed, and updated external and internal issues."

I already have a SWOT form that I've used in the past for similar requirements in other ISO systems.  But I just wondering if you know of a single location with all the relevant forms that can be used to satisfy each of the requirements for FSSC 22000 v.6?

Also, do you know any sources for actual documents an auditor might use for auditing FSSC 22000 v.6 CII and CIV  ?  Thanks.
