Different recipes for different weights of the same product brand

Hi everyone,

Could it be a case of dual quality if we have different recipes for different weights of the same product brand?

Let's say for example we have 100g, 200g and 1kg products with same name and same brand.

If the recipe for 100g and 200g is different from the one for 1kg, could it be considered a case of dual quality?

If it is not a case of dual quality, then could it be a case of consumer mislead?

Thank you for your help!

IF the recipes are different depending on FG weight, then yes

(but i do have to ask why the recipe would change?)

They want to improve the texture of the product, but they only want to test it on small versions like 100g and 200g. 1kg version would still have the old recipe.
