Hello everyone,

I had to develop a food safety and quality culture plan for my company, so I started translating the points of "defined activities" (as mentioned in the clause) into my action plan, and while doing this I was stuck on the following points, please if anyone can help me that what activities should be part of my action plan for these two points

  • The behaviors required to maintain and improve product safety processes
  • Performance measurement on activities related to the safety, authenticity, legality and quality of products

for your understanding I am also mentioning here that what activities I choose for other points

  • clear and open communication on product safety.

for this point I select the communication of food safety policy to all levels of employees that have direct of indirect impact on product safety

Monthly food safety meetings to discuss all the product safety related issues with concerns

  • Training

for this point I choose my annual training plan (and obviously for training plan I again consider the guidelines provided in BRC standard that what topics should be part of food safety trainings)

  • Feedback from employees

for this I will use the food safety survey questionnaire and will take feedback from all employees that have direct or indirect affect on product safety

The remaining points are those points that I have already mentioned in start of my post. if anyone can please guide me that what activities should I choose for these points. Thanks in advance

Hi. I use the OPL WHY (WHY one point lesson) where in a A4 paper I describe the "why" emplyeRs should do something.

For exaMple

WHY CLEANING?

-Because cleaning removes germs, dirt and impurities from surfaces/objects.
-Because keeping clean eliminates the possibility of having areas where microorganisms and pests lurk and proliferate
-Because my work environment is healthier and more comfortable!
