Hello

I am currently reviewing our cleaning chemicals (we use a local supplier) the chemicals was use are dosed manually before being used. We are looking to introduce and implement a chemical dosing systems (mainly for detergents) that are used.

Has anyone had any experience with any such systems or could recommend a dosing system also any recommendation for cleaning chemical suppliers (UK based)

Many Thanks

●Disinfectants concentration adjustment
●Overload、short circuit、leakage protection

Hope this is helpful for you!

There are a large number of options...it all depends on your application and dilution ratio.  I really would recommend partnering with a chemical supplier for their expertise.  Some of them will even supply & maintain the equipment for you as part of the contract.

I've had a lot of success with Dosatron, but again...it depends on the application, and you need to maintain the units with a good PM program.

I was going to suggest this.  I would suggest compiling your use calculations for the cleansers you have and put out an RFP to the major suppliers.  Tell them what you're using, allow them to suggest cost effective and comparable products, and ask for a new equipment allowance for things like titration dispensers or door foamers, along with a service contract for updating and calibrating them at a frequency that suits your plant.
