Approved Grade A Tanker wash stations in CA

Hello All,
Does anyone know how the list of approved grade a wash stations are compiled? I saw online a list of Non-IMS approved wash stations and wonder if the IMS facilities should be included in the list of approved Grade A wash stations as well? If I am to compile both these lists, if that will be sufficient for the FDA inspector?
