My role in managing compliance and labeling for a startup focused on distributing high-quality Italian food products, especially frozen ones, centered around seafood and first-course ready-made dishes. Compliance and management of HACCP plans are essential to ensure the safety and quality of food products, especially when it comes to frozen and ready-to-eat items.

Our product distribution channels include B2C, B2B, Ho.Re.CA, and GDO, not only in Italy where we have our operational center but also across Europe and America.
