Hi All,

Currently working in a new site, that is FSSC 22000 certify. I am not familiarised with the scheme yet. However, the technical manager ask me to start for making a new schedule of the GMP where other areas can be considered (i.e. external areas, storage, engineering workshop).

At the moment all manufacturing areas are audited in monthly basis only. There is no inclusion of any other area within the GMP.

Where I work before the frecuency was establish base on risk and food safety standard. Do you know what is the minimun frecuency under this scheme?

Thanks

Hi, there is no minimum frequency also on the regulation of FSSC 22000 V6

Same with you, it must start with establish the Risk Assessment Matrix, and their corrective action for every finding must been followed up.
