ISO Egg Wash Substitute for Bread Manufacturing

Good Morning Everyone,

I am in search of an allergen-free egg wash substitute for a bread manufacturing facility. This would be used to egg-wash buns, hoagies, and possibly loaves as well. We have a school district who is interested in our products but requires an egg-free option, which we currently don't offer. I would like to stay away from highly/artificially processed alternatives if possible, as we are an artisan baking company and don't want to compromise the use of "real" ingredients.

Any advice is highly appreciated! :)
