Hello All!

I am Pranita Kotasthane from India, working with a start up that does great work in minimizing the wastage of fresh fruits and vegetables by bridging the farmers and buyers in countries outside of India. Post this, I was on a 5 year child care break that taught me life lessons, hard to learn elsewhere :)

I enjoy breaking common food processing myths that I come across in my conversations with friends and family which also gives in a chance to dig deeper into subjects of my interest.

I am glad to be a part of this community as I step into a very new world of Food Quality and Safety which is different from my past experience as a New Product Developer at Coca-Cola India Private Limited (2012-2019).
