in a prepackaged package that will contain several small unit bags is what I absolutely must declare the ingredients on all unit packages or I am exempt by declaring them only on the prepackaged package?

Each one by title and ingredients.

Thank you for you precious help

regards

Which country are you supplying?  Only Canada?

For awareness, not sure if the legislation varies or if I'm understanding this correctly but you can have multipacks of products in the UK where the ingredients listing is only on the outer bag.  This is true for the individually wrapped pain au chocolat I unwrapped this morning just as it's true for certain confectionery items, some cheeseboards etc.

It's probably advisable to have at least allergens detailed on the inner wrapper just in case there is a snafu on site somewhere but I'm not sure it's legally required?  Happy to be corrected.

It really depends on how your packaging the units together

Can you clarify please

Gift basket, vs closed box etc
