Air Sampling for Gluten presence

Hi...Just wondered if anyone could help/advise.

We've recently purchased an Air Sampling Device to assist with testing air borne gluten movement in our factory.  We've only recently started the exercise and have opted to test 20 litres of air.

We don't really know if this is an adequate amount or not - we'll stick with this for now so we've consistency, but going forward and for future exercises it would be worth knowing what others have done.

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Do you process gluten in the same space as gluten free products, using the same HVAC system?

Do you know how many litre of fresh air you pull into the facility per minute/hour?

What is the goal your trying to achive?
