Costco Food Safety Supplier Requirements

Can someone share with me Costco's most recent food safety supplier requirements? Have them from last year, but do not know of any updates.

That's the new version, with the effective date April Fool's day last year.  I hope they haven't changed again already.

I heard, intercompany, that Costco no longer requires packaging suppliers to have annual unannounced audits.

Not just every 3rd year, every year.
