IFS V8 5.6.2 - Environmental Monitoring

Hello everyone,
Can someone help me how to implement and fulfill the requirement of IFS Food v8: 5.6.2. Based on risks, the criteria for environmental monitoring program shall be documented, implemented and maintained.
Can someone give me an example of the appearance of that document?
