E.Coli limits for salmon in Australia

I am currently doing some shelf life testing on salmon portions packaged in a MAP tray. Results for day 11 for E.Coli has come back at 210 and Coliforms 770. Day 12 showing E.coli 50, Coliforms 1600. Where can I find the limits for both these.

I should point out this is not a RTE product so therefore are these limits sitting way too high? Also is there anything else I should be testing for?

Any help would be muchly appreciated.
