Your question is very broad.

which certification are you referring to? each certification has got different requirements. you can implement Haccp by following the 7 steps.

 

every company doesn't need to have a metal detector. the need of metal detector comes after implementation of Haccp. OPRP can be sieving but as we are not aware of your processes, we are just guessing. again OPRP will be decided once you do your risk assessment.

Hello everyone

 

My Concern is how can we implement HACCP and get certified?

How to start implementing it in bakery.

 

Second thing is If we do not have metal detector then What other point is OPRP in cookie making.

And do we need to include metal detector , if so then which one?
