Food Safety Culture Documentation

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. I am currently a student working on a project within a food manufacturing company, focused on implementing a food safety culture (survey, procedures, action plan, objectives, monitoring, etc.).
Unfortunately, I haven't really found any examples to draw inspiration from. If anyone has any documentation, models, or examples of action plan...... they could share, I would be very grateful for the help.

Please find attached BRC document on which we based our survey. Each company is different. You can prepare survey questions based on each metric in your company.
