Good afternoon

We are a certificated site BRCGS Food Safety and are looking at the possibility of exporting an ambient powder product to the USA market.

I understand there is the Voluntary bolt on Module 13 for the FSMA

Does anyone know if this is Must have requirement to export into the USA, or will the BRCGS certification be acceptable ?

Many Thanks

Martyn

Niether module 13 or BRCGS in general would be REQUIRED to improt to the USA.

Having them could / does make it a little easier on the US importer to be in compliance iwith the FDA foriegn supplier verification program.
