Labeled Product for Export Only

Hey All,

Does my product that is manufactured in the United States need to be labeled in English or in foreign, where it will be exported/sold?  We can make the label bilingual but short on space, so hoping to just use the foreign label.

Thanks!

FDA or USDA?

FDA regulated.

I would see what the importing country requires-then label as such AND mark for export only on each shipping container

Does the label require to be in English as the product is awaiting to be exported from the US? We were hoping by putting “ For Export” that an English version would be exempt.

what's the importing country ?

We export into 37 countries.

Does FDA require labels to be in English for products stored in the US for export?

Bumping this back to the top.

Hoping someone can help regarding if FDA requires labels to be in English for products produced in the US to be exported to another country. The importing country will have their translation as well.
