USDA Approved Non-Stick Spray for Meat

Is anyone aware of a USDA approved product that can be used to coat our v-sticks, skewers, racks, etc. to prevent meat from sticking to them?  The time it takes to clean these items is ridiculous.

We use lard as a processing agent.
