Hi - What could be the yeast, mold, TPC, APC (CFU) limits for production facilities in the air?

Can you please describe your factory environment (High risk, low risk, wet, dry etc)

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY.

 

Low risk:

1 - production premises (vegetables)

- washing room
- cutting room
- marinating room
2 - warehouse of vegetables

try TVC 50cfu and Yeast & Mould 50cfu, quarterly (for BRC you will need a risk assessment to determine frequency) however your environment is wet, so you can have slightly higher results. Usually you should leave plates for 30 min.
