Hi all,

Wondering if you can provide clarification on what to do when we get some bulk milk tankers come in to wash at our facility with expired bulk milk tanker inspection stickers? when asked the drivers claim they are from out of state, so therefore under different regulations. But no stickers on the states they claim... Will we get into trouble with CA State if we are to wash those tankers on our site?

You need to document what they said - as in.. let me get my recorder abd record what you just said, different regs huh, that will put a stop to that crap.
