KPI Help for Warehousing

Hello! 

I was recently hired as a QA supervisor for a warehousing company and my boss asked me to create KPIs as they were GMP now want to be SQF certified. 

This is an ambient air warehouse with no CCPs storing shelf stable goods (food, medical devices, cosmetics, household cleaning chemicals, over the counters, etc...) that we only take possession of not ownership (everything is customer directed)

I really need help creating the KPIs as so far I have is the results from internal and external audits, customer complaints, and pest control. 

Is there any other KPIs for quality for warehousing? 

We just do customer complaints and external audits.  I've been thinking about adding pest control, but it's still just in the thinking phase.  

We also are dry storage and no CCP's. We got a minor on our GAP because we weren't discussing them specifically in our monthly meeting.

We don't do KPI'z.

KPIs can also include:

Damage levels

Product rejections and/or returns

Levels of code-expired product

Picking errors

Scores in documented inspections
