For the production teams, what we should share as information during the handover?
I mean mostly regarding the hygiene, foreign bodies, cleaning and any other topics related to the food safety

Hygiene :
- Cleaning plans (who, when, how long)
- Environmental swabbing plans
- Machinery cleaning approvals
- Incidents (Chemical Spillage etc)
- Missing / broken equipment
FB
- Daily findings
- Products / raw material/packaging placed on hold
- Rejected raw material/ packaging / products
- Concessions for products / raw material / packaging
- Rejected equipment
- Missing equipment (knives etc)
- Incidents (allergens spillage, broken equipment etc)
Maintenance
- Broken machinery / equipment
- Missing machinery parts
- Equipment placed on hold
