Does anybody know whether (EC) No 1034/2004 exists and if it does what is is?

Somebody gave me mis-information that the regulation was related to packaging (materials and articles in contact with food).

Maybe it was Reg. 1935/2004. There was a topic in SDF on this EU Reg.
