Non-Conformance vs. Customer Complaint Reports

Hello,

I'd like to understand the situations where NCRs need to be filled out. In my company, we have two different forms: one for customer complaints and another for NCRs. My question is whether both forms should be completed for a customer complaint.

Hi JESLINJOSEPH44

Ensure corrective action elements are included (to be completed when applicable) in your customer complaints form and just use one form or the other.

No point in duplicating your workload.

Kind regards,

Tony
