Merged Nutrition Facts Table for Philippines and Canada

Hello. I am creating a merged NFT for two markets, local (Philippines) and Canada. May I know how can I integrate  the two NFT in one Nutrition Facts Table. Do you have a template? Can I ask any advice and guide. Thank you so much! 

MAYBE if the language for ingredients is identical, you could but in all likelihood and impossibility (rounding rules, serving sizes etc. to consider)

And you also need to consider how ingredients are displayed

So unless your 100% sure on BOTH sets of regulations, I would be creating 2 sets of packaging
