Looking for a product to use in a hydro cooler to keep the water potable

Good morning, I am looking for a product to use in a hydro coolers to keep the water potable. We use city water therefore there is chlorine in the water. We have been using chlorine bricks but are being told that the product we use does not have specific required information on the label. Thank you in advance for any information.
Can we pack cooked product and raw product with the same machines?
Can one product mix different HACCP categories in the same tray?
Any food product naming policy in EU?
Bottled water used as an ingredient: what SQF documentation should we have on file?

Liquid Sodium hypochlorite that is food safe and then follow the instructions for dilution and check that regularly
you can get this from any reputable chemical company
