Validation data for xray process as a CCP

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here can share their validation data, procedure, template or forms for Xray process? What will be the data to be inputted? How did you do it?
I've been browsing several posts here about x-ray validation but so far, I found none.
For a brief background, our product is Spaghetti sauce in SUP, we have identified XRAY process as a CCP. We are planning to have it HACCP certified by next year, and I'm done with all the steps. The only lacking is the validation for this process step as a CCP.
