Hello all! Can anyone share any experience of implementing ISO 22000 in a company that provides services such as Cleaning and/or Pest Control? I have been wondering what the approach could be when the HACCP section is included and whether the hazards assessed in the service process stages are still on the service outcome (e.g. clean warehouse, e.g. insect-free warehouse area) or on the customer's (food) product(s).?
