PPT presentations related to food safety

Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of developing a training program at my facility and would appreciate your support. If anyone has PowerPoint presentations related to BRCGS training, food safety, general HACCP, food fraud, or food defense, your contributions would be incredibly valuable.

Furthermore, if you have any quizzes on these topics, sharing those would also enhance our training efforts. Thank you

I cannot share my actual presentations nor quizzes, however can share what I have done at all my facilities.  I create a full on onboarding and refresher training covering all food safety topics in PowerPoint that is specific to each facility.  I will say this is a lengthy process, however works well once you get it rolling.  Additionally since all my facilities have had multiple languages I have created quizzes based on the topics covered in each language needed.  I have upgraded to using MS Forms which automatically grades the quizzes and uses SharePoint to list all scores, names, etc.  There are systems out there for a prices such Alchemy that have built in trainings based on GFSI standards, and you can add your own trainings as well.
