Hi Everyone

My name is Tanya, and I work in the Pipfruit industry, and we export apples worldwide.  I am a National Food Safety Lead.

I have also worked in food safety in Wine (18 years - winemaking, lab, operations and QSM), Dairy (microbiology) and Cheese.

I look forward all your global insights and interactions here on the IFSQN.
