I am the 2nd generation owner of a food manufacturing facility in Bedford, Virginia.  We are having our annual SQF Audit today and tomorrow.  I slipped out of the meeting to google an SQF code and saw this site...which answered a question that I had.  Thank you for the right answer!

Audits are such Fun!

Very familiar with Bedford, have traveled out of NC to Bedford a number of times.

Yes, we used to have several food plants in the area...Bunker Hill, Golden West, Gunnoe's.   We're the last one left standing - Southern Flavoring Company.  Day One is done.  Now for a good night's sleep...and on to Day 2.

Southern Flavorings has a line similar to Watkins, only better.

Best on the audit - over the hump now!
