Documentation regarding refurbishment works on the facilities
Hello everyone,
during the winter holidays my company has taken advantage of the opportunity to carry out numerous and important refurbishment works in it's facilities. We have never done anything like this before and I have a question about what documentation we should have ready in addition to the corresponding HACCP reports. What documentation can a BRC auditor request for these works?

a few bullet points that I would consider :
- Refurbishment Plan
- Site Construction
- Contractors training
- Working hours - The BRC prefers to schedule installation/refurbishment outside production hours and if this is not possible the site must ensure that safety and integrity of product/ingredients are not jeopardised.
- Heavy duty equipment (dust, odour etc)
- Pest control potential issues
