Hello All

I am looking for a 3rd party metal detection service in western Canada.  We wish to send some finished product out for testing.  I have seen adds for such companies but I cannot locate the information doing a Google search. Any one have a name that I could use?

Regards

Jim.

Hi,

What do you need to test?

This forum discusses detecting foreign metal objects that may be mixed in with products.

The equipment for detecting is owned by the user, which means that the equipment needs to be purchased.

I'm a little confused as to whether you've misunderstood.

thanks.

I'm not familiar with a provider of the service, but the request seems pretty straightforward.  The owner of the material inspected and the owner of the inspection device do not need to be the same entity for the device to work.  There are details to be sorted out regarding validation, but that seems like the kind of detail the service provider would be expected to include in the service.

I would start by calling the companies like below, and asking them if they know of anyone

I know there is one in the GTA but that won't help you

Hi - sorry to interject on this thread but I have the exact same question but we are actually based in the GTA. Would you mind providing the name of the company that does it in the GTA? Thanks so much.
