Hello, my name is Philip Todd, and I am the QA Manager for a new cold storage facility. I started in this field, 5 years ago, as an SQF Practitioner in a large cold storage company. I moved to a brand-new company 2 1/2 years ago. I have built our program from the ground up, with considerable help from our sister facility. We are audited by AIB, to the BRC Standard.
