The best reference book for HACCP

I didn't realise until today that Campden guideline 42 hasn't been reviewed since 2015.  With codex having undergone revision in that time, I'm wondering if there are any better or more up to date great guidelines you'd recommend?

Thanks, I'm PCQI qualified and also that's only US legislation which is important but the US have placed their own "spin" on HACCP which is quite different.  I'm looking for something close to the Codex principles as originally set out.
